OPEN DAY OF REGISTRATION 9:00am-11:00am – Available at the BHCA Booth, near HWY 57 & County F closure. Look out for our BHCA flag.
“Know Before You Go” Info
– Check-in & registration will be at the BHCA Tent near HWY57 & County F closure barricades.
*** Parking will always be busy, do NOT park at check-in. Please do your best to park on HWY 57 or on side roads while checking in.
– After you check-in & get confirmation you will then receive your vehicle identification sheet & # (Please place this sheet of paper on your dash / front portion of your vehicle with the ID # clearly visible!)
– Lastly you will receive a “Participate / Entry Judge Form” – As all participants will be judging to determine the winners per class based on our tally system. (All forms must be turned back to the BHCA booth by 1:00pm for your vote to count)
***After you leave the Check-in & registration table you will be directed up the road HWY 57 to Park Rd and take a left on County F to park your vehicle. (Please back in left / right of the road at an angle to ensure everyone has a safe exit post event) AFTER check-in, vehicle entry at west-side of Park / County F barricades. Drive all the way down and park left/right, do your best with equal and safe condensed distance.
*** If you need to leave the event early please notify BHCA staff or volunteers to help assist with a safe exit around the crowds and vehicles.
