Functional and affordable pottery to use and enjoy as part of daily life. Made and sold on site by Tony and Renée Gebauer. The gallery features pots fired in electric kilns, as well as one-of-a-kind wood-fired pots.
Our work focuses on traditional wheel-thrown forms: mugs, cups, bowls, plates, pitchers, vases and many other shapes. We believe that simple, attractive and well made items are the ones used most frequently. Following this philosophy, out pottery is reasonably prices, fired to stoneware temperatures for durability, and is food safe.
TR Pottery opened in 2001 and we are proud to say that our pots are still thrown by hand, one at a time. We continue to make comfortable shapes with clean lines that feel good to hold and function as they should.
Our destination gallery is located in beautiful meadow with wildflowers. We hope that you visit us during your trip to Door County and find something that suits you.
